Last night, my knee twisted. I had pain which gradually increased. My knee has swollen overnight and pain has increased.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. We need to examine the knee and even get a MRI to see if there is any injury to the ligaments or meniscus there. Based on that we can proceed further.
