Muscle pull lower back hips & back thigh
I am having extreme pain in my hips extending down to thighs i cant stand or walk or even move .. Once i lay down cant control my lower part to shift

Hello Very Good morning. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. The history given by you is incomplete, weather the Pain is spontaneous or you had an injury in back or somewhere in hips which is radiating to lower limbs causing you so much trouble. You should consult a Orthopaedician and give a detailed history. Please don't take unnecessarily Pain killers which are harmful if taken without having proper diagnosis. Don't take unnecessary stress and stop worrying, just seek a medical advice. Take care and good luck.
