Muscle pull in right lower back
I had a muscle pull in right lower back today morning while i was streching. It is just above the hip. I was not lifting any weight, it happened during streching as I was just thinking to start doing excerise again. I have not done exercise for few months now. As i will be travelling in 2 days, need advice on what should be done .

It can be grade 1 muscle strain. Go for icing 20 mins 4 times a day and rest to be taken to allow the healing to occur.

Do Icing Twice a day,take a muscle relaxant.once travelling is over visit a good physio and ask for Taping& ultrasound. Without physio generally these pain don't go.Take care.
