Muscle pain in the right side of chest

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I was hit on the back by a reversing autorickshaw. Since then i've been experiencing pain in the region around my right shoulder blades(not in the bone ). However now there is pain even in the right side in the front. There is difficulty in lying down and getting up. Pains more when i sneeze, cough or laugh
