Muscle pain center of the back
35 yr old male having severe pain in the center of the back and shoulder blade from the morning now that become worse and can't even bend and lay down and also very discomfort.. can I take any pain killer now to reduce tat pain? Pls help to get rid off that pain.. 2 days before done weight lifting exercise..

Stop weight lifting for now Take rest Drink lots of fluids If it hurts a lot you can take muscle relaxants
