Muscle ligament tendon sprain
So about a yr ago due to covid thought of giving a shot to fitness. So I did this continuous stretches where in I did like a hand raise ups like one of those Daniel Bryan Yesses! if you watch wwe. But I did it way more aggressive to a point where I though I would have ripped my spine out ig. Simply did Just to build up back muscle. But just after doing that one simple stretch my back swolled up like crazy became super tight overnight. I was not able to walk around properly. After about 4 to 5 months I felt like my swelling  went down. I'm really worried thinking of I might have herniated disc or something but I don't have any sharp pains or sciatica. The only problem bothering me know is that my leg is all messed up. I think your entire body is connected in a way. My back stretch screwed my neck as well my leg muscles but my neck and back got fix. Legs are bothering me rn. So the only problem with Leg is that when I lay flat on bed. I can't straighten my leg. I have to fold my legs

First do direct assessment under a senior physiotherapist . Avoid doing self assessment as it may end up in wrong diagnosis since 1yr.

You should take an MRI of your whole spine. You should consult a physiotherapist for complete assessment and treatment.
