Muscle cramp in night during Sleep
I am 8 Month pregnant and i usually Have muscle cramp in the night and gives me instant pain.is it due to iron deficiency Or something Else??

Iron calcium and electrolyte balance required to prevent it. You can have some flexer exercise before going to bed to prevent cramps

This is due to baby weight or iron deficiency or calcium deficiency.Once again get done check up for haemoglobin percentage and calcium level.Eat nutritious and protein rich diet.

Muscle cramps are commonly experienced in pregnancy. Iron deficiency does cause that. Show your gynecologist.
