Muscle cramp in both the side
I am a 30 year old women .. I have severe gastric I have muscle cramp on both the side of the chest... It's there almost from 1 week, after taking rabiprazole I have got relief the pain will be some what like cramp or pinching for few seconds... My blood pressure is normal it's 107/70 and heart rate is 76-85... Is it a symptom of heart attack... Previously I had same symptoms and got checked with doctor he told it's gastric... I don't have any chest or neck pain ... For how many days a heart attack symptoms can persist???

Can be some abdominal cause. ULTRASOUND may be needed. Avoid spicy oily foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc

Cant surely called that it's a heart attack but Do your basic laboratory tests first. Than consult a gastro doctor. In diet tips: avoid fast food n fry foods. Do some regular exercise or may be you are overweight.. try to weight loss also..
