Gastric and muscle cramp
I have severe gastric I got muscle cramp on both the side of the chest after taking rabiprazole tablet I got relief from the muscle cramp ... My BP is normal it's 110/70...is it the symptom of heart attack..I don't have any shoulder or neck pain

It is a Symptom of GERD.
But heart cause needs to be ruled out still.
