Muscle and joint pain
Yesterday, was my first day of gym after a gap of 3 months. i did a mistake of doing little heavey 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙨 extension an 𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙨 curls. Also i have done more elbow used exercise. Now, I am not able to straight my both elbow easily. It pains and hurts alot. Also if i do then i can only straight my elbow slowly. I appiled cold pack there but not much relief. Also i used move spray twice today but no relief. What to do??

Give your elbows some rest, & take some anti inflammatory medications. While doing exercises you must remember that it should be done in a graded fashion. If you respect your body limits, the body will respect your wishes as well. In case it doesn’t get better in couple of days, pls consult an orthopaedic surgeon who can prescribe you certain medications.

This might be muscle strain injury. Exact site of pain needs inspection and examination. Should be manageable with pain medication and physio
