Please rule out diabetes by doing a glucose level You can do a doppler arterial and venous to rule out vascular claudication If you are a sheer stop smoking with immediate effect If none of the tests are negative too can try taking vitamin E 400 mg daily

.For home treatment 1.Increase fluid intake 2.place pillow under knee 3.Dip your legs in warm water Above are just temporary things,proper exercises are must.
