Multivitamin use for long time
I am using multivitamins  and telekast f tablets since 3 months after tympanoplasty surgery and still continuing even after three months as advised by surgeon. Can it have any side effects using multivitamins  and telekast f tablets for a long time. Kindly clarify?

No side effects but I need proper history Do u have any ear symptoms or cold issue now ?If anything needed plz consult me for further evaluation.

Its absolutely safe to continue for 3 months post surgery , it is given for healing and to avoid catching cold after the surgery since initial few months are crucial to avoid failure of surgery incase u catch cold .
Next Steps
avoid cold food,  blowing nose, sniffing . regular followup with the surgeon who operated

If you have no symptoms, you can stop using the medicines. Incase you have cold or allergy,you can take Tab.Telekast F.
