I have continously recurrent apthous ulcer and stress and indigeation since last 1year due to stress i.b.s can I take bicosules TABLET TWO TIMES AFTER MEAL for one month for Complete healing. Will any multivitamin like bicosules tablet harmfull to take two times or not.

It won't really help you. I would rather you opted for multiple brands of probiotics with different strains of bacteria to colonize your gut.
