Problem these days is that no one wants to have a healthy and balanced diet everyone wants to take multivitamins.
It's your body man not your car that you will keep putting what ever accessories you feel like.
Taking unnecessary medicines won't cause any good but can be harmful.
Have a balanced and healthy diet.
Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day.
Have green leafy vegetables and fruits.
Have milk and milk products.
Have nuts, whole grains , cereals etc.
Have protein rice food.
Keep working out.
Multivitamins are taken if you have a deficiency or a debilitating condition to replenish the vitamins and minerals lost in the process of the disease.
