Hi sir I have neck pain from past 4-5 mnths and some balance issues and recently tingling starts everywhere mainly in hands and legs and feels like some shaking in neck and hands .I have used many pain killers but neck pain persists and with pain neck stiffness and numbness of head . And I have taken CT Brain but it is normal . What is the exact cause of this . That shaking feeling is also in chest too Can some one help me out on this

If the symptoms are bothering you, consult a Neuro specialist and get MRI of Brain and Cervical spine. Treament can be suggested once we know what is the diagnosis

CT is not a great test for demyelinating illness like MS. Get mri brain with contrast
