Multiple Eruptions

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have eruption on my right side of the head which is causing severe pain at the right side of the face and jaw and some portion of ear. I have another eruption at the outer surface of the lower jaw which is not causing any pain but not getting wound up. Please suggest.
