After having FIXED DRUG ERUPTION on my penis Foreskin, found patches after recovery, which is not harming me , but want to know any way to recover skin colour.

Fixed drug eruption usually heals with brownish pigmentation. Also it respond to Treatment very slowly. Treatment depends on severity of pigmentation.

PIH (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation) are the patches which can remain after FDE lesion subsides. Usually they fade in few months but can last longer. Active treatment is generally not advised. You can apply mild moisturiser like coconut oil if there is dryness or irritation.
