Mucus in stool
My son is 1 year 5 months old. Today from morning he passed stool 2 times and mucus is there in the stool. Need any medication?

Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding if given,give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet.
Add ors after every loose motion if watery and give Enterogermina vial one vial twice a day for 5 days.
