On the face of it there is no correlation between getting gall bladder removed at 25 and getting gall bladder removed at 27 . And there is no relation between these two and mucus in the stools.
To put in blunt words, it signifies hypochondriac personality.
Please get your stools examined. Also get your CBC, Urine examination, Blood LFT, and sonography whole Abdomen done. You may consult a General Surgeon with the reports.
