Mucus & blood in stool
Hi
I have been experiencing constant bloating,gastritis and constipation since one month. There is always a feeling that I need to go the washroom. Today i observed white mucus and spots of blood in the stool. Please suggest causes and further actions.

This is Indigestion due to unaccustomed food and lack of integration of GI tract. This needs good probiotics and healing of ulcer.
