You haven't mentioned anything about the pain or if there is an injury, the details of the injury. The MRI report doesn't look too bad but I'll need to see the films to tell you what's wrong in the knee. According to the MRI, it could be just a sprain of the ligament
Next Steps
1. rest is advised using a knee ROM Brace 2. apply ice 3. limb elevation using a pillow under the knee 4. do not try to walk. it'll cause more damage. in case you need to walk, always use the knee brace. knee brace is a long rigid support not the elastic band around the knee. the elastic band is useless 5. take a pain killer depending on the severity of the pain
Health Tips
Don't massage, Dont walk without the brace

Please specify if there is history of any injury and the exact location of pain and swelling as these MRI findings are suggesting of fluid in the knee joint, which can be due to a lot of things.
Next Steps
It's better to get a detailed discussion about your condition to correlate the MRI findings. Can video consult for the same.
