Hello there,,,,tendinosis refers to mild degeneration...may or may not be associated with swelling ....also capsular thickining and presence of bony cyst refers to a chronic problem with your ( Rotator cuff) shoulder muscles. What symptoms are you having right now? Do you have pain on movement or pain even at rest? Which shoulder movements are painful for you? Did you suffer any trauma to shoulder?
