How was the injury happened, can u detail on your injury. For now u can wait, by using hinge knee brace and static quads, hamstrings and hip abductors strengthening exercises. And T. Free flex forte PO 1-0-1 for 30days

• Active Joint Range of Motion exercises-Full flexion/Extension to be achieved at 1 week, followed by Static and Dynamic Quadriceps/Hamstring Exercises. • Watch for increased Pain/Swelling/Stiffness/Redness/Fever. If present, visit the nearest hospital immediately. • Avoid ground-level activities like squatting and cross-leg sitting. Use English/sitting commode for toilet activities. -Use hinged knee brace for 1 week.
