Mouthwash for good oral health
Can you please recommend a good mouth wash and how many times do I need to use it in a month and for how long should I keep it mouth and do we need to wash our mouth with water after spitting them ?

Hi...Add salt in lukewarm water and gargle thoroughly for 4 to 5 times a day.I recommend Hexidine mouth wash.Any mouth wash it has to be used only for 15 days not regularly to prevent staining of the teeth.
Method of usage: Gargle twice daily for 15 days only.Morning after meal and night before bed.No foods or drink should be taken after half an hour of its usage.This prevents food accumulation and bacterial growth in the oral cavity.

No mouth is good on long term . chlorhexidine is good but has side effects..
Buy a water flosser and keep a good hygiene
