Mouth ulcers
Sudden outbreak of mouth ulcers. Some heal and again fresh ones come up. It all started couple of months back when i started to eat one soon chavanprash every morning on empty stomach with one glass milk. After about 15-20 days of starting this routine, noticed stye formation over eye lid also and lots of mouth ulcers. Could there be any connection? How to bring the body back to normal? Even after stopping consumption of chavanprash still mouth ulcers not reducing. I regularly make it a point to have curds daily with lunch. Daily habit of consuming 2 ltrs of water. Don't usually have very spicy food. Still not stopping completely. Kindly advice.

You could be suffering from vitamin deficiency. See the doctor who can examine you and evaluate the problem and then advise what medicine needs to be taken.
