Mouth ulcers and spots on tongue
From past few months I'm getting ulcers in my mouth and tongue, they would come and heal with in few weeks and then again they will come. I'm working in night shift mostly. Also I am not able to freshen up completely. Sometimes the ulcers are soo bad that it's hard to eat. Please assist.

The Cause is intestinal upset ,now treat it . Balance diet Self suitable diet Glycerine on ulcer Folvite tab Avoid spicy and extreme hot Mouthwash
