  4. Mouth ulcers and soar tongue. Remedies.

Mouth ulcers and soar tongue
For the past few months I get mouth ulcers often...my tongue is also sore and pathcy white...I don't have any discomfort with throat. I have  conspitation. Please suggest me some remedies.
