Medical history: MDR TB for lung Medication from past 1 year second line tb drugs for above 75kg total 2 years treatment weight 90 --------------------- Present problem ------------------------ From past 1 month Not feeling taste. Cracks on toungue feeling spicy even for normal food. cant able to take hot food. upper and lower lips also got ulcer Difficutly while doing brush..feeling like having green chillies..problem near upper and lower lips is more..
