  4. Mouth ulcer. Please suggest me.

I have been problem with mouth ulcer for 3days and i am unable to eat foods and unable to speak single word clearly and not able to brush also and i met with a doctor also he given me some medicine but that medicine is also not working and its still increasing. please suggest me.

Take analgesic tablet sos for pain relief..do antiseptic gargle..local examination is necessary for giving definite treatment.visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
