Mouth ulcer for my 2.5 year kid
My son is 2.5 year old. He has got ulcer on tongue tip and inner lips. And whitish tongue. He is not eating anything. Kindly suggest the medicine

It's good if u can attach a clear image ...are there other features like fever ,low activity,rashes along with ulcers on tongue and lip?u can give topical benzocaine gel to alleviate the pain of ulcers..give him multivitamin syrups...for clear idea btr to take online consultation
