Sir i am suffering from mouth ulcer in hindi chaala. Plz suggest me drop or medicine. Which work fast because i am suffering from 3 days.

U may be suffering from apthous ulcers or oral abrasions.you can apply sucralfate ointment twice daily over the affected area.Also take zincovit tablets once a day for 10 days.Avoid tobaccoo n smoking.
