Every weak I suffer sore in mouth some time in lip some time in tongue please help me last one month I maintain mouth hygiene but sore come back frequently

This can be recurrent aphthous ulcers.you have to take topical corticosteroids along with multivitamin supplements. Avoid allergic, spicy foods. You  can consult me through this for prescription of medication. Thanks.
