I have been headache of mouth smell .......peoples are always so eriteting with me to talk ....to live.....etc ....plz give me some tips to remove my mouth smell...........

Dear madam Bad Mouth smell means halitosis in medical term. This condition has various reasons. Some are 1. Calculus - These are basically thick calcified layer surrounding your tooth continuously damaging the bone underlying If this is the reason you have to visit a dentist and scaling has to be done 2. Acidity- This is very common reason for halitosis mostly neglected. If u r having a problem of acidity you should not neglect Eat something in every 3 hours Reduce having food which aggrevate acidity such as spicy food. Tea. Coffee. Etc What to do - As of now for a start you can visit a dentist and find out your problem.. Do a scaling And use mouthwash .. Eat properly and live properly

Make sure you clean your tongue while brushing , consume water frequently for every 2 hours , rinse your mouth after having food , brush twice a day , Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet , visit nearby dentist every 6 months once for a check up and you will find the good results.
