If there is any bleeding please get it checked by a dentist. Could be line at the occlusal bite level which is normal but advisable to consult a dentist for a regular check up

You said white line on the both side this can be normal and can be caused by the friction of the teeth against the cheek.it is called lines Alba.if you do not smoke it is unlikely to develop into anything harmful.

It is a normal condition and it is called as linea Alba in medical language. It is usually caused during chewing at the posterior teeth region on the cheeks, as cheeks get trapped some times during chewing food. If there is burning sensation present , consult dentist.
White lines can be due many reasons. They can be normal and sometimes due to some disease. Need to have proper history before commenting. Please get it consulted.
