Hello sir, I m suffering from mouht opening problem because I m chewing tobacco many years. Now that time only one finger enter in my mouth . please help me

This situation is called as ORAL SUBMUCOUS FIBROSIS. U should stop the habit immediately. Otherwise it may lead to Oral cancer very shortly. Regarding mouth opening, u can try out Intra lesional Stroud injections or surgical excision of bands

Hello, you should visit a dentist, its a case of oral sub-mucous fibrosis. At very first place you need to quit the habbit. Depending on the severity your treatment need to be plannned.

Stop tobacco habit(most important) and please see ur dentist he diagnose case.mostly it is oral submucous fibrosis. And decide treatment plan accordingly.
