Mouth is not opening. And white patches
I am not able to open my mouth only 2-3 fingurs can go. And i am having white patches in my mouth. now tell me what to do.
i have quited tobacco.

Consult an oral surgeon. Cytology followed by biopsy may be required . Topical steroids can be used. Certain injections administered into fibrous bands will help in improving the mouth opening .it may take up to six months for a reversal . General health should be improved with a good diet and exercise . Antioxidants and multi vitamins are to be taken . Consult oral oncologists as soon as possible .
