Mouth cancer can also occur to those people who never drink alcohol neither smokes and doesn't use any kind of narcotics? And does normal sores increase in numbers with year passing.? When I was 7 years old I got one sore behind lips now I am 22 years old I got plenty on tongue throat and doctor med works for only a week and sores came back and disturb my life.

Yes, mouth cancer can occur without any habits but it is unrelated to your complaints. I think you may be suffering from Aphthous Ulcers which is due to many, different causes.
