Well , with age , chances of cancer developement are more likely , but it is a general research. You must not worry about it , instead visit a dentist and get a biopsy done to rule out the nature of the white patches . It is crucial ,infact wiser, to get a checkup done as soon as you sense that something unusual is happening in your body rather than waiting until major discomfort arises.
