My son is 25 years old

But again and again the ulcers are coming
He is unable to talk and eat

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety....avoid taking spicy ,hot ,chilly food items , avoid smoking ,chewing beetle nuts , alcohol, take vitamin tablets ,apply local anesthetic to area ,have tender coconut, buttermilk . have lot of fruits and vegetables...consult nearest physician for clinical examination they will do the needful.

Recurring ulcers have many causes.....if no cause found we call it idiopathic apthous ulcers......since you may be given local empirical treatment for ulcers by your doctor but to treat for cure you need evaluation...meet MD physician
