Mouse Overuse Syndrome
Computer mouse overuse syndrome, chronic and flared up recently. Looking for osteopathic manipulation inspired techniques involving a specialty in treating specifically forearms overuse both flexors and extensors, with an emphasis on spotting and releasing trigger points and a lot of experience in this body area with overuse syndroms. Problem is not mild and needs good hands with lots of experience with these type of problems as mentioned. Osteopathy and/or dry needling preferred, in Bangalore.

Hi poor posture responsible for such issues. Hence postural correction advised in addition to stretchings n strengthening n dry needling.
