Motor neuron disease normally doesn't have any specific treatment however medications and treatments aim to provide a comfortable life to a patient. It's rare and progressive disease so I would suggest that you should consult a neurologist so they can start with the treatments in terms of conservative care nad medications that can help you love a comfortable life.
