Muscle wastage
There is a muscle wastage from last 25-30 years in shoulders. Now it is observed in legs. He went cervical surgery for c5-c6 for tingling Ness in 2001. One of the doctors say it as MND. Please help in this. We are not sure if is MND.

Hello there are five motar neurological disease...These five conditions are amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, primary lateral sclerosis, progressive muscular atrophy, progressive bulbar palsy andpseudobulbar palsy.its not easy to diagnose MND with simple history ...lot of investment examination is required.... Consult neurologist...
