My 2.5 year's daughter have motion sickness problem. Whenever we travelled from car she started crying after some time and then vomits.

In case it is a must travel after light food. Plenty of fluids. Due to heat, you get dehyrated. You can give phergan syrup half tsf and on the way 2nd dose after 6-7 hours. There are number of drugs but I find it better.

Avoid feeding child almost 1hr before travel.
Can give domstal syrup to child 20mins before feeding.
