My son is 6.5 months old. We have started solids from 6th month. After started solids he doesn't poop daily and he struggles to eat any food so has reduced the weight. How to make baby to eat food and digest it properly?

Introduce one new food at a time. Give each new food for atleast 3 days before adding a new food item to the diet. This helps in ruling out allergies. Until 1 year of age the main source of nutrition for baby is breastmilk or formula milk. So don't worry if solid intake is less.
