Motion problem
Is there any home remedy which I can take to clear my motion in the morning. I took warm lemon juice for 2 weeks it worked well but I started feeling weak and unwell . I am getting pain all over my body.

Lukewarm lemon water with 1 tsp roasted flax seeds as powder form can take . Bedtime warm milk with isabgol /soaked raisin can take Add lots of water . Connect me for coustamized diet plan through Practo u will get good result definitely.

Firstly lemon can not make you weak , the reason has to something else. For constipation try drinking amla water empty stomach and make sure you eat 4 cups of vegetable every day. Avoid maida in all forms

Hi, Without knowing your diet recall and your routine. I can't find the root cause. Lime water or any laxatives will work for short periods.
