Hi you can take Syrup.Cremaffin Plus 30 ml after dinner for 15 days( Adjust the doses in case of loose stool, make it 30/20/10ml or even can stop it depending upon consistency of stool).Take DABUR NATURE CARE - 1 big teaspoon in one glass of Luke warm water after breakfast and one after dinner daily for 1 month.
