My new born baby slightly going motion more than 20 times. Also we clean that place, due to that his back place is look reddies . What we do now

Apply B4nappy cream at potty area after cleaning. Don't clean with rubbing. Gently clean with warm water with wet cloth or cotton. You can use wet wipes alcohol Free for cleaning. If it's doesn't help show it to your pediatrician.
