Are they mosquito bite ? How can they be so nasty ? feel something else to me kindly explain what's the problem with my baby he is 1 year old

The rashes are on areas covered by clothes. So unlikely due to mosquitoes. They are most likely allergic rashes. Apply calamine lotion eg caladryl lotion 3 times a day for a few days. If not better, consult again
