Issue:
Fat on chest and tummy.
Want to lose fat.
Was 80kg last month and started gym 1 hour 5 days a week since 30days.
Lost 2 kgs in one month.
Morning meal/supplement:

Then morning meal after 30 min of whey protien below:
one bowl of toned milk, sugarfree muesli half cup, cornflakes plain half cup, 20 all night dipped almonds.

I maintain 30min gap in between whey scoop and morning meal. Is it correct or I need to change gap?
Is my morning meal correct?
My aim is to lose belly and chest fat. I am not concerned about weight. Is Whey protien helping or its a wastage for my aim?

The diet is not satisfactory...plus supplement to loose..they don't help.
For reducing chest & Belly fat u hv to follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food. For best results chat with me.
