Morning erections
Hi, I am 21 yrs old & I am not getting morning erections since nearly a month & I masturbate 3 or 4 times a week. What to do? Also please tell me how to get stronger erections & how often should I masturbate in a week or a month?

Get your daily calcium by popping a tab, chugging milk or eating yoghurt. It’ll keep your bones strong. Remember that your bone density declines after the age of 30. You need at least 200 milligrams daily, which you should combine with magnesium, or it simply won’t be absorbed.

That's okay to do 2 to 3 times a week masturbation.  Morning woods are indicative of normal sexual function of male but not having doesn't indicate disease. Okay ? You can have private consult for more inputs with check up.
